Gru's Family

Gru's father was a bald terror named Robert Gru and mother's name is Marlena.

He also has a twin brother, Dru.

In the early age Gru's parents separated. Gru was with his mother and Dru was with his father. Even Gru didn't know about his twin brother Dru.

In Despicable Me 3 we have seen that Gru's mother Marlena revealed the truth to his son.

Then Gru met his brother, but his brother is also a bad person and he insisted Gru to do evil deeds.

But Gru refused, because he left his bad habits back and want to lead a noble life. Despite of his refusal Dru showed his father's empire and told him how powerful villain he was. There's an innovative car made by their father Robert Gru which is so much powerful.
